mwConnect Introduces BABA-Compliant Networked Lighting Controls

Oct 16, 2025

Sacramento, Calif. October 16, 2025—mwConnect, a leading innovator in Bluetooth® mesh technology, is pleased to announce its BABA-compliant offering of networked lighting controls.

mwConnect’s new offering provides a suite of product solutions for projects that require BABA compliance. Whether the project requires fixture-embedded devices for streamlined onsite installation or traditional room-based controls installed in existing luminaires, our comprehensive offering ensures the design team will have almost unlimited choices.

The offering includes a range of occupancy sensors with multiple detection technologies and mounting options as well as wall switches and room controllers for indoor retrofit applications. For outdoor applications, the products include motion sensor/controllers with IP65 ratings and optional photocell. For projects considering luminaire level lighting control, the offering includes fixture integrated sensor/controllers with 0-10V and DALI D4i and Zhaga Book 20 options.

“We’re excited to introduce this suite of products this fall,” said Stephen Zhou, Executive Vice President. “We recognize that customers require BABA compliant products for certain projects and want to provide the fullest range of component options for a robust networked lighting control solution.”

mwConnect will be featuring this offering at both the upcoming NALMCO Conference in Des Moines from October 19-22, 2025 and the NAESCO R3 Annual Conference in Las Vegas from November 3-5, 2025. For more information, visit our BABA webpage.
