Sacramento, Calif. August 22, 2025— mwConnect, a leading innovator in wireless mesh technology, announced today that its Wireless Mesh Time Management Controller with Long Range Antenna was accepted into the 2025 IES Progress Report. The awards were announced at the IES Annual Conference in Anaheim on Thursday, August 21, 2025.
The mission of the IES Progress Committee is to keep in touch with developments in the art and science of lighting throughout the world and prepare a yearly report of achievements for the Society. Acceptance is based on an impartial judging process used by the committee to evaluate each submission on its uniqueness, innovation and significance to the lighting industry.
An industry-first, the Time Management Controller offers a 30-day battery back-up to preserve settings and schedules in the event of a power outage or other system failure for both indoor and outdoor control networks. The device also features an integral antenna with a range up to 1200 feet, as well as a quick connect (Z10 0-10V) receptacle that enables swift “twist and lock” installation without tools for “plug and play” operation.
