Sacramento, Calif. August 7, 2023—McWong International, a leading innovator in Bluetooth® mesh technology, has been recognized by the Integrated Lighting Campaign, along with project partners Kinnelon High School and IntelliSafe IAQ, for Germicidal Ultraviolet (GUV) Systems for Energy Savings and Improved Indoor Air Quality for the project at the high school in north New Jersey.
The ILC is a collaborative effort between DesignLights Consortium (DLC), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Illuminating Engineering Society (IES), U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Lighting Controls Association (LCA), interNational Association of Lighting Management Companies® (NALMCO®), and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), which provides participants with guidance, technical assistance, and access to resources, as well as recognition for innovative lighting projects. The recognition was announced at the IES Annual Conference on August 5, 2023.
