SACRAMENTO, Calif., July 9, 2024— mwConnect (formerly McWong International), a leading innovator in wireless mesh technology, has launched its new wireless mesh dual technology ceiling sensor. This workhorse occupancy sensor provides two detection technologies—Passive infrared (PIR) and ultrasonic—to ensure robust performance in a wide range of applications.
Available for Bluetooth NLC or Casambi mesh applications, the sensor is programmed via PC-based software or a mobile app. The first such commercially available device, the sensor provides additional flexibility to designers for creating effective wireless mesh control networks in commercial spaces such as conference rooms, open office spaces, multi-purpose rooms, cafeterias, and more.
